Signature Rose is a separately fermented blend of Malbec and 40% Pinot Noir from Los Arboles in the Uco Valley and is a wine that tastes as good as it looks. Pale, ethereal and delicate, it's an Argentinian take on a Provencal Rose, with rose petal and hibiscus aromas and a palate of watermelon and red cherry. Dry and appealingly tangy.
