Tasting notes
A very enjoyable wine that emphasizes its fruity character and indulgence.
A walk where blueberries, wild blackberries, and black cherries meet. A few sweet spices complete the
scenery. The tannins are smooth and the wine has a lovely freshness. It
can be drunk in its early youth or cellared for a few more years.
Vinification
Harvests are hand-picked. Fermentation in stainless steel vats of small capacity, equipped with temperature control.
