Tasting notes
A wine with a pale pink color and a few silvery highlights. On the nose, red berries dominate, accompanied by a hint of citrus. On the palate, the red berries reappear, with cherry and strawberries. A touch of acidity on the finish. Long in mouth and very fresh.
Terroir
Limestone, continental climate.
Vineyard
This wine comes from a vineyard spread over the village of Seillons. 20 hectares are dedicated to the Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation. Direct
pressing, maceration of lees, cold stabilization.
