Wine Enthusiast 90
Raspberry tart and muddled black plum open on the nose that is meaty and violet-blossom dusted. Soft in texture the palate brings black raspberry to the fore supported by velvety tannins that reach into red cherry on the finish.

Technical Details
Food pairing
Pairs well with red meats and cheese. Serve at a temperature between 16-18C.
Tasting notes
A decidedly southern style of wine with a bright garnet hue, a reflection of the sundrenched terroirs from which it hails. It boasts a seductively smooth structure
and notes of lightly caramelized ripe black fruits. The palate is silky smooth with notes of liquorice and mocha, revealing a good length and melted tannins.
Terroir
The vineyard is located in the South-East of France, around the village of Tulette, in the old historic region of Dauphine. There are two different soil types in southern
Cotes du Rhône: clay limestone soil formed of sedimentary rock and pebbles and stony soil with a sandy subsoil.
Vinification
This wine is made from highly aromatic local grape varieties. Harvested at perfect maturity to obtain excellent aromatic concentration. Aged for four months to
increase drinking pleasure and offer smooth mellowness.
