The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Jack's Vineyard is the standout in the lineup. Ripe black and blue fruits, iron, chocolate, and savory, tapenade-like notes all define the aromatics, and it's medium to full-bodied, concentrated, and balanced on the palate, with ripe tannins. As with the Mount Veeder release, this is impeccably made and should evolve gracefully for at least 10-12 years.
