Great things take time, but the wait is over - Introducing Shorebird Bourbon. Originating from the rugged shores of Portland Maine, Hardshore is a boutique distillery built from the ground up. Their founding principle is: Do Fewer Things, Better. We are very proud to offer this inaugural, limited release of truly exceptional Bourbon.
Tasting notes
a blend of 19 casks aged no less than 4 years. the
resulting mash bill is a four-grain blend of 65%
corn, 26% wheat, 6% rye and 3% malted barley.
this bourbon is approachable and balanced, with
pleasant notes of honey, spice and vanilla. it’s
outstanding in an old fashioned or a paper plane.
